ice cream dripshow come as the days pastice cream drips
they seem to faster and faster and the shorter they last
going to work coming home talking to that one person whose always alone
that person loves to speak from nice to sometimes mean tones
makes my mind emotions memories and weaknesses melt like ice cream from a cone
forever shone dripping on the sidewalk after a small child passes
somewhere i reside between where the concrete and dirt clashes
soaking up as much as i can
doing as much as i can to plan my escape from ths dusty dirty cold covered place
still i have that smell of the drips with the occasion

im tired why did they all lie
want to give up but i still got to try
soo into myself i dive
and search with my eyes shut
maybe ill find a place or someone with whom i can confide
